NOON is operated by Never Stop Creating, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the NOON word puzzle game, available at NoonWords.com and as an iOS application.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: NOON does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information.

Game data: We store your puzzle streak, win/loss history, and game statistics locally on your device using browser storage (web) or device storage (iOS app). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Push notifications (iOS app only): If you opt in to push notifications, your device token is shared with OneSignal, our push notification service provider, solely for the purpose of delivering daily puzzle reminders. You can withdraw consent at any time in your device Settings.

Advertising (iOS app only): The iOS app displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device information and identifiers to serve relevant ads, subject to your device's tracking preferences. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before any personalized advertising occurs. You can opt out at any time in your device Settings under Privacy → Tracking.

Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services. We do not track individual user behavior.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above solely to:

• Deliver daily puzzle notifications you have opted into
• Display advertisements that support the free iOS app
• Store your game progress locally on your device

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The iOS app integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising: policies.google.com/privacy
• OneSignal — push notifications: onesignal.com/privacy_policy

Data Retention

Game statistics are stored locally on your device and remain until you delete the app or clear app data. We do not store any user data on our servers.

Children's Privacy

NOON is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no user data for us to provide, correct, or delete. To remove your local game data, simply delete the app or clear your browser storage.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of NOON after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
